estadounidense, famosa por protagonizar los programas I Love Lucy, The Lucy–Desi Comedy Hour, The Lucy Show, Here's Lucy y Life with Lucy. Fue una de las
estrellas más populares e influyentes en su país, con una de las carreras más
largas de Hollywood, especialmente en la televisión, donde Lucille Ball comenzó
a actuar en la década de 1930, convirtiéndose en actriz de radio y estrella de
películas clase “B” en los años 1940. Entre las décadas de 1960 y 1970, aún
continuaba filmando películas.

1970s. In 1962, Ball became the first woman to run a major television studio, Desilu,
which produced many successful and popular television series.
